Adaptive physical progress system
Progress is not a straight line. It is an Arc.
Arc holds one continuous line through your training, your food and your recovery. Four answers each morning — sleep, energy, soreness, stress — meet your sleep debt and the load you have already carried this week, and become a single readiness score. That score sets the session you get that day.
The block is chosen. The day is not.
Pick an Arc — Winter runs ninety days in three phases, Military and Calisthenics run thirty. Arc writes the block around your goal, your equipment and the days you can train, then counts sets per muscle group and says so when pushing outruns pulling, or your upper body outruns your legs.

Food logged in seconds, not in spreadsheets.
Scan a barcode, search the catalogue, or keep what you eat often in your kitchen and log it in one tap. Protein, carbohydrate, fat and water, against the targets set for your day.
