These Terms govern your use of Arc (the "App"), operated by Vadym Prysiazhnenko, acting as an individual ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Arc is not medical advice
This is the most important clause here, so it comes first. Arc is a training and nutrition tool, not a medical service. Readiness scores, training plans, macro targets and every AI-generated response — Ask Arc, Morning Brief, meal plans, diet analysis, weekly reviews — are informational suggestions produced from numbers you entered. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult a doctor before starting any training or nutrition programme, and especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, an eating disorder, a heart condition, or any chronic illness. If something hurts, stop. We guarantee no health or fitness outcome.
2. The service
Arc assigns training, nutrition and recovery guidance based on data you provide, and adapts it as that data changes. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something a paid tier promised, that is covered by clause 5.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google; keep that account secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — Arc's output is only as good as its input. You must be at least 16, and of legal majority in your jurisdiction to subscribe. One account per person.
4. Free and Premium
Arc has a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium is delivered through Patreon: you pledge $5 per month to our Patreon page, connect that Patreon account to Arc, and Premium features unlock. Patreon is the merchant — it takes payment, handles renewals and cancellations, and its own terms apply to the transaction. We never see your card details. Cancelling stops future charges; your Premium access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy.
5. Price and feature changes
If we raise the price, existing members keep their current pledge amount and their Premium access until they change or cancel it themselves — a price rise never applies retroactively to someone already paying. If we materially reduce what Premium includes, we will say so in the app before it takes effect, so you can cancel.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another user's data, bypass the limits on AI features, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, resell access, or use Arc for anything unlawful. Do not use Ask Arc to seek advice on self-harm, disordered eating, or unsafe drug use; the App refuses those requests and will keep doing so.
7. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in Settings — it is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to by law. If we terminate your account without cause while you have paid Premium time remaining, we will arrange a refund of the unused portion.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Arc is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vadym Prysiazhnenko, acting as an individual is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protections of your own country's mandatory consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Talk to us first — most things are resolved by email in a day.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect; continuing to use Arc afterwards means you accept them.
